Mariana Ciocoiu is particularly qualified in real estate and construction, having been involved in major projects in Romania as regards complex due diligence enquiries, intricate agreements and strategic assistance on the general development of the projects.
She is also experienced in employment matters, having advised a large number of clients with regard to collective and individual labour agreements, internal policies, individual and collective dismissals and transfers-of-undertaking-related matters.
