Carey Olsen achieves Best Companies’ One Star Status in 2014 annual engagement survey
Carey Olsen has achieved the Best Companies’ One Star Status in its 2014 annual engagement survey. The law firm joins 16 UK legal sector firms to be accredited and is the only offshore law firm to feature.
Best Companies is the workplace engagement specialist associated with the annual publication of The Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to Work For.
Employees in Carey Olsen’s Guernsey, Jersey and London offices were invited to participate in the Best Companies’ engagement survey, which assesses eight employee engagement factors: ‘leadership’; ‘my manager’; ‘my team’; ‘personal growth’; ‘giving something back’; ‘wellbeing’ and ‘fair deal’.
Using the survey results, accreditation is based on the best companies index score with entrant companies ranked using a score of between one and 1,000 points. Following the results of the survey, each participating company is banded in a ‘not-rated’, ‘one-to-watch’, ‘one-star’, ‘two-star’ or ‘three-star’ category.
