Business in the Community recognises Hogan Lovells for gender transparency
Hogan Lovells has been shortlisted in the Transparency Award category at the Opportunity Now Excellence in Practice Awards 2014. This marks the first year that organisations shortlisted for the Opportunity Now Awards also receive a Business in the Community Big Tick.
Opportunity Now is the workplace gender campaign from Business in the Community, while the Opportunity Now Excellence in Practice Awards recognise public and private sector organisations that have put gender at the core of their business agendas and are committed to creating inclusive workplaces.
The Big Tick is awarded to organisations that demonstrate significant achievements in their responsible business programmes, to celebrate and profile their responsible business success. This year’s winners will be announced at the Opportunity Now Excellence in Practice Awards Gala Dinner, which takes place on 2 April 2014 in London.
Hogan Lovells has a global diversity plan that includes a focus on the development, retention and advancement of women lawyers with an objective of increasing the number of women partners.
