Martin Budworth has a wide-ranging and established commercial litigation and arbitration practice. He is on the attorney-general’s Panel of Counsel.
Budworth continues to deal with cases across the full range of employment law but with a specialism in restrictive covenant/confidential information work and the other, more commercial aspects of employment law.
He is increasingly recognised for his considerable experience in sports law and litigation and is ranked in Band 1 for the regions by Chambers UK. His experience of sports disciplinary issues has led him to deal with professional disciplinary cases generally and some associated regulatory matters.
