BTI Consulting Group recognises DLA Piper as 'stand-out' litigation firm
DLA Piper has been recognised by the BTI Consulting Group in its newly published 2014 Litigation Outlook: Changes, Trends and Opportunities for Law Firms.
DLA Piper was recognised as a ‘stand-out’ in the areas of class actions and torts, intellectual property litigation, securities and finance litigation and complex commercial litigation. It was also included in BTI’s list of most-feared litigation firms.
BTI’s litigation practice valuations were formed from 300 one-on-one telephone interviews with legal decision makers at top-spending businesses. This year’s new examination is based on interviews conducted between March 2013 and June 2013 with legal professionals, including general counsel and the heads of litigation at large corporations.
