Binder Grösswang mergers and acqusitions partners Michael Kutschera and Michael Lind assisted the Italian Pittini Group, which acquired a 70 per cent share in BSTG by way of capital increase.
Joint venture partner AVI Alpenländische Veredelungs-Industrie Gesellschaft was represented by Bernhard Astner and Miriam Nehajova, mergers and acquisitions experts and partners of HBA.
As a result of the transaction, Linz-headquartered BSTG has become the biggest mesh producer in Austria.
