Binder Grösswang advises Software AG on sale on Austrian SAP consulting business
Binder Grösswang has advised Frankfurt Stock Exchange-listed Software AG on the sale of its Austrian SAP consulting business to the Scheer Group.
Software AG, an international software company with headquarters in Darmstadt, decided to sell its SAP consulting business in order to focus on product innovation. The Scheer Group, a network of fast-growing IT companies, is expanding its consulting competence through this transaction.
