Ben Stansfield joins Stephenson Harwood as London real-estate partner
Stephenson Harwood has appointed Ben Stansfield as a real-estate partner in the London office. He joins from Clifford Chance, where he had been a senior associate since 2007 within the environment and planning group.
Stansfield specialises in planning and environmental law and has advised on a number of landmark developments, such as the Greenwich Peninsula, the Chelsea Barracks and the Canary Wharf Estate in London.
In addition, he has expertise in the consenting of large infrastructure projects and energy regulation, advising on a variety of energy projects, in particular renewables and offshore transmission licensing.
