Barrister Patrick Sadd of Outer Temple Chambers (OTC) has been interviewed by BBC Radio 4 on the six o’clock evening news programme on the Rotherham abuse scandal.
Interviewed by Clive Colman, the BBC’s legal correspondent on BBC Radio 4, Sadd analysed the specific difficulties facing victims bringing claims against Rotherham social services. He also discussed whether social services have had a duty of care and, if so, what more should they have done.
