Tlek Baigabulov graduated from the Kazakh State University named after Al-Farabi (Almaty), Faculty of Law, in 1992. He started his career as a lawyer and a member of the arbitration board at Almaty Stock Exchange. He also graduated from the school of managers at the Kazakh State Technical University after VI Lenin.
