Appleby staff support Meals on Wheels Christmas initiative in Cayman
Appleby staff have raised around $1,200 (£730) to support a Meals on Wheels initiative that will help vulnerable people in the Cayman Islands to enjoy a proper Christmas meal.
Staff from Appleby’s Cayman office handed over the money raised at a special ‘Dress Down’ day event to Beulah McField, executive director of Meals on Wheels, who organised the drive to assist families in need during the holiday season.
The festive initiative is run by the Rehoboth Ministries, which deliver nutritionally balanced meals to some of Cayman’s most vulnerable citizens, including the elderly and disabled.
