Appleby boosts property team by appointing David Le Brocq as conveyancing manager
Jersey law firm Appleby has strengthened its property team with the appointment of David Le Brocq, who has joined the firm as conveyancing manager.
Le Brocq will lead on commercial conveyancing services, specialising in all aspects of Jersey-based commercial property work, and provide support to Appleby’s property partners Tim Hart and Andrew Pim.
He brings more than 16 years of experience to the post, having previously worked for several Jersey law firms. Le Brocq has represented individuals, property developers, commercial organisations and financial institutions on residential and commercial property transactions and associated financing.
