Appleby advises Willas-Array Electronics on its Hong Kong Stock Exchange listing
Appleby has acted as Bermuda counsel for Willas-Array Electronics (Holdings) in relation to its listing by way of introduction on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 6 December 2013.
The shares of Willas-Array have been listed on the main board of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Ltd since July 2001.
The listing of Willas-Array in Hong Kong does not involve any offering of new shares or a public offering of any other securities and no new proceeds will be raised pursuant to the listing. The key purpose is to add liquidity to the shares and provide Willas-Array with greater access to international capital.
