Appleby advises JC Group Holdings on Hong Kong Stock Exchange listing
Appleby acted as Cayman counsel for JC Group Holdings in relation to its listing on the Growth Enterprise Market of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 21 November 2013, with gross proceeds of approximately HKD50m (£4m).
The group will use around half of the net proceeds from the offering for the diversification of product offerings. The remaining half will be used for enhancement of existing restaurant facilities, for the strengthening of staff training, marketing and promotions and for additional general working capital.
