Anthony Collins solicitor Carole Burgher is appointed district judge
Anthony Collins solicitor Carole Burgher has been appointed as district judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Chris Grayling MP.
The Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales has deployed her to the South Eastern Circuit, based at Milton Keynes County Court, with effect from 6 May 2014.
Burgher, who previously managed her own law firm for more than 10 years, has dedicated her career to being an advocate for vulnerable children and young people and is often appointed by the Children and Family Court Advisory and Support Service (CAFCASS) to represent children in the most complex family matters.
