Anthony Collins’ planning management team adheres to STEP Code for Will Preparation
Anthony Collins Solicitors has announced that its Personal Planning Management Team adheres to the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) Code for Will Preparation in England and Wales.
The STEP Code for Will Preparation came into effect on 1 April and all STEP members and firms will have to adhere to the Code for Wills.
STEP was set up as an organisation to guarantee and improve the quality of work produced by solicitors and legal representatives, practising in estates and trusts, including wills, and the STEP accreditation is now recognised as a benchmark for quality.
Donna Holmes and Alex Elphinston, wills, trust and probate lawyers at Anthony Collins Solicitors, are both members, helping to ensure that clients work with only specialist legal advisers.
