Allen Pegg re-joins Hogan Lovells as litigation counsel in Miami office
Hogan Lovells has announced that Allen Pegg has re-joined the firm’s Miami office as counsel in its litigation practice. Pegg formerly served as an associate from 2002–06.
Pegg’s practice focuses on state and federal complex commercial litigation, arbitration and appellate work. He has also advised on a variety of transactional matters for his clients.
He brings experience in contract disputes, business torts, legal malpractice defence, employment litigation, class-action defence, shareholder derivative actions, shareholder and partnership disputes and matters involving commercial and residential real estate.
Pegg received his JD magna cum laude from Georgetown University Law Center, where he was executive editor of the Georgetown Law Journal and was elected to the Order of the Coif.
He graduated magna cum laude from Boston College, receiving his BA with a double major in English and Spanish.
