Allen & Overy’s Jeffrey Sullivan set to speak at International Energy Arbitration conference
Allen & Overy partner Jeffrey Sullivan, who specialises in public international law and international arbitration, will be speaking at the International Energy Arbitration conference, which will take place on 20–21 February in Houston, Texas.
The conference will consider a number of current issues arising in energy disputes.
Sullivan will debate the issue of whether arbitral tribunals can apply basic principles of human rights law when determining energy disputes raising human rights issues.
