Allen & Overy supports SAP on its change of form to an SE
Allen & Overy has supported corporate software provider SAP on its change of form to a European company (‘societas Europaea’, or SE).
The change of form took effect on 7 July 2014 upon entry in the commercial register, after the general meeting approved the step with a majority of 99.57 per cent on 21 May 2014.
The in-house team responsible for preparing the change of form comprised Michael Junge (group general counsel), Dr Michael Plötner (head of corporate and capital market law) and Dr Daniela Leyh (global legal).
The Allen & Overy team was led by Dr Hans-Christoph Ihrig and comprised of-counsel Dr Eckart Sünner (both Mannheim), counsels Dr Jens Wagner (Munich) and Dr Andre Wandt (Mannheim) and associates Dr Tilmann Becker (Mannheim), Daniel Epe (Munich), Christopher Kranz and Dr Katharina Stüber (both Mannheim) (all corporate).
