Allen & Overy set to host seminar on recent developments in corporate governance
On 3 June, Allen & Overy will be hosting a seminar in which Charles Honée and Gerbrand Visser will discuss this year’s most important developments and challenges in corporate governance.
This will be the third seminar of the second semester of the ‘Amsterdam Seminar Series’ — a programme of seminars held monthly that examine current legal developments and their implications for everyday practice.
The seminars will be held on the first Tuesday of the month between 08:00 and 10:00 in Allen & Overy’s Amsterdam office and can also be followed online.
Attendance at the seminars qualifies for two NOvA (Netherlands Bar Association) points. Following the seminar online through a webinar does not qualify for NOvA points.
The seminar will be held in Dutch.
