Allen & Overy set to host seminar about managing cross-border investigations

Allen & Overy will be holding a seminar on the topic of successfully managing cross-border investigations, which involves overcoming numerous legal and practical challenges.

The seminar will set out the landscape and direction cross-border investigations and regulators are currently taking and will explore the elements common to all investigations, regardless of jurisdiction.

Having reviewed recent cross-border investigations and considered the tensions arising between different regulators, the Allen & Overy team, which includes lawyers from the US, the UK and France, will offer practical guidance on areas such as data privacy and privilege.

Registration and buffet breakfast will take place from 08:00; the seminar commences at 08:30 and finishes at 09:30 on 17 June at One Bishops Square, London, E1 6AD.

The seminar qualifies for one accredited CPD point.
