Allen & Overy set to host London seminars focusing on contract law
On 20 May, Allen & Overy will be holding a seminar called ‘The quest for meaning — an overview of the law of contract part I — interpretation’.
This session, which is part one of a two-part series looking at the law of contract, focuses on the key recent decisions affecting the interpretation of contracts and how the new rules on express and implied terms may affect relationships with counterparties.
The seminar will take place in London at 12:30.
