Allen & Overy seminar set to offer overview of contract law with a focus on interpretation

On 20 May 2014, Allen & Overy will host a seminar entitled ‘The quest for meaning: an overview of the law of contact — part one: interpretation’.

This session will focus on the key recent decisions affecting the interpretation of contracts and how the new rules on express and implied terms may affect your relationship with your counterparties.

The seminar will take place in London. Registration and buffet lunch will start from midday; the seminar will begin at 12:30.
