Allen & Overy advises on financing of power unit upgrades at Pątnów Power Plant I
Allen & Overy has advised on the financing of upgrades to power units 1–4 at the Pątnów Power Plant I and the refinancing of Zespół Elektrowni Pątnów-Adamów-Konin SA’s existing indebtedness.
Allen & Overy advised mBank SA, PKO Bank Polski SA, Bank Pekao SA, Bank Millennium SA and Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego on the financing of the upgrades.
The firm also advised on the refinancing of Zespół Elektrowni Pątnów-Adamów-Konin SA’s existing indebtedness incurred for the construction of the flue gas desulphurisation plant at the Pątnów Power Plant owned by Zespół Elektrowni Pątnów-Adamów-Konin SA. The amount of facilities granted was nearly PLN1.2bn (£240m).
