Allen & Overy advises HB Reavis Group on sale of Bratislava office complex

Allen & Overy has advised commercial property developer HB Reavis Group on the sale of Apollo Business Center IV, a Class A office complex in Bratislava, to Czech insurance company Česká pojišťovna, part of European insurance company Generali Group.

Built in 2008, Apollo Business Center IV consists of one 16-storey and two six-storey buildings and is part of the larger Apollo Business Center complex.

It offers approximately 32,400m² of lettable space, 95 per cent of which is leased under long-term contracts to tenants including ENEL Slovenské elektrárne, IBM and Henkel.

The Allen & Overy team was led by senior associate Vojtech Pálinkáš with support from associate Tomáš Búry.
