Allen & Overy advises Deutsche Annington on the launch of EMTN programme
Allen & Overy has advised Deutsche Annington Immobilien on the launch of its EMTN programme with a total volume of €4bn (£3.4bn) and the first successful €500m bond issue under this programme.
The bonds have a term of eight years and carry a coupon of 3.625 per cent per annum. They are listed on the regulated market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. JP Morgan and Morgan Stanley acted as joint lead managers.
The Allen & Overy team comprised partner Dr Berthold Kusserow, counsel Dr Patrick Scholl and associate Dr Alexander Schlee (all capital markets). In the Netherlands, the team was assisted by partner John Brouwer (tax) and senior associate Jonathan Heeringa (capital markets).
