Allen & Overy advises Deutsche Annington Immobilien SE on €500m bond issue
Allen & Overy has advised Deutsche Annington Immobilien SE on the issue of a bond with a volume of €500m (£400m).
The notes have a term of eight years and bear interest at a rate of 2.125 per cent per annum. The notes were issued under the issuer’s recently updated issue programme and placed via Dutch subsidiary Deutsche Annington Finance.
The notes are listed on the regulated market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. Commerzbank, JP Morgan, Société Générale and UniCredit acted as joint bookrunners.
