Al Tamimi advises Al Noor Hospitals on restructure to enable proposed LSE listing
Al Tamimi & Company’s equity capital markets team has advised Al Noor Hospitals Group on a restructure to enable the group’s proposed listing on the London Stock Exchange (LSE).
Al Noor Hospitals, a healthcare provider based in Abu Dhabi, intends to raise $150m in the initial public offering.
As a result of the restructuring, Al Noor Hospitals is a subsidiary of the UK public company, which now controls the assets and business of Al Noor. This is thought to be the first listing of a UAE company on the London Stock Exchange to be achieved without the benefit of waivers and exemptions.
The Al Tamimi team was led by Ahmed Ibrahim, head of the law firm’s equity capital markets practice.
