Aerospace insurance lawyer Vanessa Leigh joins DLA Piper’s aviation practice
DLA Piper has appointed aerospace insurance lawyer Vanessa Leigh as a legal director in its aviation practice, which is part of the litigation and regulatory group.
Prior to joining DLA Piper, Leigh trained at Barlow Lyde & Gilbert before moving to Gates and Partners in 2006, where she became a partner in 2007.
Leigh specialises in complex, high-value dispute resolution, often with an international dimension, and has advised on some of the largest multi-party disputes in the London aviation and space markets.
Her clients include airlines, maintenance and repair organisations, governments, airports, air traffic controllers, regulators, manufacturers and insurers/reinsurers (aviation and space).
