Addleshaw Goddard team advises Andor Technology on double acquisition
A Manchester-based team from Addleshaw Goddard has advised Andor Technology on its acquisition of two international businesses.
The scientific digital camera manufacturer acquired Apogee in the US and Spectral Applied Research in Canada in 11 days.
