Addleshaw Goddard advises Practice Plan on its acquisition by Wesleyan Assurance Society
Addleshaw Goddard has advised Practice Plan Group on its acquisition by Wesleyan Assurance Society for an undisclosed sum. The Manchester-based team was led by corporate partner Roger Hart.
Practice Plan is a supplier of practice-branded dental membership plans and Medenta, which provides patient finance to UK dental practices.
The law firm’s team also included Rabia Burton, Cat Concannon, Sophie Cochrane, Paul Harris, Richard Oman and Carly Mather.
