24 Housing shortlists Winckworth Sherwood’s Robert Flint for Young Leaders Award 2014
Solicitor Robert Flint from Winckworth Sherwood has been shortlisted for 24 Housing’s Young Leaders Award 2014.
This award recognises the next generation of leaders working in the affordable housing sector, and Flint has been praised for his ‘outspoken’ PRS blog, his presentation on the controversial topic of equal marriage and his work at Southwark CAB advising on rent arrears.
Voting is now open to reduce the current shortlist of 20 down to 10, and these 10 are then invited to a roundtable event where they will take part in a debate with the judges to decide the winner.
Flint works in the corporate and commercial team at Winckworth Sherwood, specialising in the structuring of joint ventures. Recent experience includes assisting in property M&A joint ventures including ground rent acquisitions and social and affordable housing M&A. Clients include M&G, Aviva, Barratt Group and First Wessex Housing.
