Milton Chadwick and Waters has been named European Mid-Market Law Firm of the Year for the third year running at the Law Times European M&A awards on 12 December 2012.

M&A deal value and volume data was used to draw up a shortlist of firms that were then invited to make submissions.

The independent judging panel of M&A experts assessed the data against criteria that included the strategic nature, complexity, financing requirements and ground-breaking or novel nature of the deals to decide upon the winners.
