Peck, Rodney R
Rodney R Peck practises in the corporate, securities, finance and banking law areas, including mergers and acquisitions, bank transactional and regulatory matters and corporate and securities matters.
He joined Pillsbury in 1970 and became a partner in 1978. Industry groups emphasized in Peck’s practice include financial services, energy and telecommunications.
Peck is senior partner of the firm’s Financial Institutions practice group, and served as a member of the firm’s 11-person Managing Board from 1988–2003. He has also served as managing partner-financial planning and policy of the firm and as leader of the firm’s Finance Committee.
