Nicolas Oldham specialises in professional negligence claims and, over the last 20 years, has dealt with claims against most professionals including some of the newer professions, such as IT consultants and recruitment consultants.
Since 1995, Oldham has dealt exclusively with claims against construction professionals, including surveyors and valuers. He has substantial experience of court proceedings, arbitration proceedings, adjudication and ADR. He is instructed to advise on policy coverage and has been appointed coverage counsel for claims in this country and abroad, including Australia, Canada and Turkmenistan.
