Jog Hundle heads our team of 16 health sector employment specialists. Her work covers all aspects of strategic and operational advice, including NHS reorganisations, disputes with medical staff and very senior managers, as well as complex discrimination and whistleblowing matters.
Currently, Hundle is advising numerous trusts on the employment aspects of national and local reorganisations, acquisitions and mergers and contracting out exercises. She is providing advice on TUPE, the Cabinet Office Statement of Practice, redundancy and contractual flexibilities. She is also advising on the employment implications of clinical commissioning and of the Health and Social Care Act.
