Neil Howes is a partner in Mills & Reeve’s insurance team and specialises in defending professional negligence claims on behalf of insurers and their insureds.
Howes acts for a wide range of professionals including solicitors, financial advisers, construction professionals and pension scheme administrators. His role also involves advising insurers on policy coverage issues and related disputes. Howes has extensive experience of claims involving fraud and of both making and defending applications for injunctions (including asset freezing orders and search and seizure orders).
