Laura Holdaway leads Mills & Reeve’s real estate finance sector within our banking team, working closely with colleagues in the real estate, corporate and construction teams.
Holdaway’s practice area draws on two specialisms: banking and real estate. She supports lending clients in the drafting and negotiation of funding and security documents and also in full and detailed due diligence on property assets, whether these are investment properties or a development project.
As a member of the only dedicated banking team in the eastern region, Holdaway advises on all aspects of property related finance and insolvency matters and has experience in retail property and corporate matters, having worked in-house for a large retail plc.
