Guy Hodgson heads Mills & Reeve’s insurance disputes national service line. This role is to ensure that lawyers deliver outstanding client service nationally in an effective, efficient and consistent manner.
In handling client work, Hodgson specialises in resolving professional indemnity claims and represents both the traditional professions — particularly solicitors, architects, surveyors and valuers — and the emerging professions, such as IT and media. He regularly deals with coverage issues and complex, difficult matters where the extent of his experience can be influential.
