Hickley has substantial experience of court proceedings and ADR. On the non-contentious side, she draft policy wordings for Insurers and Lloyd’s syndicates and advise on issues resulting from breaking into new PI markets.
She is also fluent in French and acts for insurers with French-based insureds. Her language skills and knowledge of the French legal system mean she can liaise directly with French lawyers (or loss adjusters) and report back to Lloyd’s or company markets, giving insurers reserves and updates without needing translators.
