Sally Graham leads the agriculture and estates team in our Norwich office and has been advising farmers and landowners for more than 20 years. She deals with all sorts of issues involving rural property, including sales and purchases of estates and land and Agricultural Holdings Act and farm business tenancies.
With many farmers in her family, Graham understands the nature of farming businesses and the issues of concern to those in the rural and farming community. She enjoys working with new clients and those that I have known for many years. Sales of farms and estates often involve, for example, tax, employment, and planning issues alongside the usual transfer of the land, subsidies and environmental schemes.
