Jeffrey R Gans is vice-chair of Pillsbury’s Construction Counselling and Dispute Resolution practice, and chair of Pillsbury’s Public-Private Partnership Team.
His practice is concentrated on advising owners and contractors that are developing and constructing large energy or commercial projects. He has negotiated and advised clients regarding a wide range of delivery methods including EPC, design-build, GMP and public-private partnership. Gans also negotiates agreements with organised labour and advises his clients who are dealing with organised labour on their projects.
