Michael Lewis will head up Finers Stephens Innocent's private client department, while Michael Kutner joins the property department, Alan Kaufman the family division, Peter Carter the corporate department and Howard Zetter the commercial litigation department.
The five will join as partners on 31 January, along with six other fee earners. Finers' managing partner, Richard Gerstein says: "This represents the first stage in a planned expansion programme.

Michael Kutner says: "We are delighted to be joining a firm that is clearly going places and where quality is so important. We are sure that we and our clients will be happy here.
