West End firm Finers Stephens Innocent (FSI) has promoted three associates to its partnership.
John Annetts, Louise Eldridge and Lois Langton have taken up their new positions with immediate effect.
Annetts works in the private client practice, specialising in UK tax and estate planning for high-net-worth individuals and families.
Eldridge, who is a member of the corporate commercial group, undertakes all forms of corporate law with a particular focus on venture capital, private equity, M&A, AIM transactional work and corporate advice.
Langton has been made partner in the family law team and has expertise in divorce, ancillary relief, civil partnerships, pre-/post-nuptial agreements, cohabitation and child-related work including adoption and surrogacy.
