Field Fisher Waterhouse (FFW) has won a role advising on a franchising deal for Thomas Pink with a subsidiary of India’s largest company that will result in the luxury shirt brand opening offices stores across India.
Thomas Pink has entered into a franchising agreement with Reliance Brands, part of Indian giant Reliance Industries, with the first store set to open later this year in South Mumbai. Ten stores are planned in India within five years.
