In a press release distributed by Birmingham PR firm Clarke Associates last week, a new hire at Shoosmiths was described as a “leading property litigation lawyer”. It was only on further investigation by a scribe at Lawyer Towers that said specialist was revealed as… ta-da… a newly qualified assistant.
