Field Fisher Waterhouse (FFW) has raided Morrison & Foerster’s (MoFo) London office for two new partners to support its rapidly expanding technology practice.
Neil Foster and David Naylor are the latest in a line of appointments, after IT partner Simon Briskman joined FFW from Olswang earlier this month.
Foster is a corporate partner who specialises in securities offerings and mergers and acquisitions in the technology, media and telecoms sectors.
Naylor is a technology and IP partner who advises on complex commercial arrangements, technology licensing and services arrangements.
FFW managing partner Colin McArthur said: “The appointment of both these partners marks an important point in the wider growth plans and strategic changes at FFW.”
