Ffion Griffith is responsible for HR and training for the firm across its global network, including overall responsibility for the HR department and for developing and executing the firm’s people strategy.
Being a business that is successful based on the quality and expertise of our people, the HR team is a central part of the Olswang community. Providing both operational day-to-day services alongside more strategic activities, including areas such as talent management and engagement, HR work in true partnership with the business to help to deliver the firm’s objectives.
Griffith has particular responsibility for partners including admission and promotion, integration and performance assessment. She attends the management board and is a member of the firm’s executive team, helping to lead the firm’s growth, development and success.
