Fasken Martineau Stringer Saul has strengthened its AIM business with the addition of partner Nicholas Narraway. Narraway has joined the firm from Kerman & Co. He spent two years at Kerman, before which he was a partner at Eversheds, where his role included a spell in-house with client Premier Asset Management. Narraway has 25 years of experience of corporate finance transactions involving smaller quoted companies, actingfor companies and financial advisers. He specialises in flotations and associated transactions as well as M&A work and takeovers. He also advises public companies on corporate governance and other regulatory requirements.
