Farrers hire boosts commercial property

Farrer & Co has beefed up its commercial property arm with the appointment of Richard Peskin as a consultant.
Peskin has had a relationship with the private client firm since 1997, when it advised his former company Great Portland Estates on its acquisition of Ilex.
Peskin stood down as chairman of Great Portland last March. Farrers senior partner James Furber said: “Following his highly successful career at Great Portland Estates, Richard’s experience and insights into the commercial property sector are second to none.”
